SVR093SP/123SP/IP: Computerized Flat Knitting Machine
SHIMA SEIKI’s SVR-series continues to inherit the DNA of innovative technology that makes it the global standard in computerized shaping machines. Now with loop pressers, SVR093SP and SVR123SP are capable of producing unprecedented designs in knit fabrics, especially inlay patterns, which combine knit and weave characteristics to produce hybrid textiles. In addition, the new i-Plating option can be combined with inlay patterns as well as sinker patterns produced with the patented moveable sinker system, opening up a whole new world of patterning for truly diverse knit design. SVR093SP/123SP carries over established SHIMA SEIKI technology such as the R2CARRIAGE System, Digital Stitch Control System (DSCS), stitch presser, takedown comb and yarn gripper and cutter system. MACH2S: WHOLEGARMENT® Computerized Flat Knitting Machine SHIMA SEIKI’s MACH2®S 183
Wholegarment® capability with speed and versatility SHIMA SEIKI’s MACH2®S is an extremely flexible machine which realizes quality knitting in a range of production styles. As a conventional shaping machine, it is capable of all-needle knitting in its available range of 8 to 16 gauge, while WHOLEGARMENT®knitwear can be produced in half-gauge fabrics. As the name “MACH” suggest, the MACH2®S sets itself apart with its speed and productivity with a maximum knitting speed of 1.6 meters per second (12 to 16 gauge only), along with the R2CARRIAGE® system that permits quicker carriage returns for greater efficiency and shorter knitting times. For versatility, MACH2®S is even capable of gauge less knitting whereby a number of different gauges can be knit into a single garment. Other standard features include i- DSCS, USB memory interface and a backup power supply. Top tension devices mounted 150mm lower provide ease of use as well as. SDS-ONE-APEX4: 3D Design System
Efficient, accurate design and production with virtual sampling
• Planning and Design: SDS®-ONE APEX4 features design and colorway tools, as well as various other functions specialized in planning and design of apparel products. Their ease of use offers ultimate support for design work.
• Patterning: A full-featured apparel CAD system, SDS®- ONE APEX4 features comprehensive patternmaking, grading and marking (PGM) functions for creating and editing patterns in all apparel applications. Patternmaking is especially important for quality shaping and WHOLEGARMENT® knitting.
• Programming: Continuously evolving software offers strong support for quicker, easier programming for knit production. Programming for WHOLEGARMENT® knitting is especially improved and much easier to perform.
• Virtual Sampling: Photo-realistic simulations are used to evaluate designs before producing an actual sample. Time and cost normally associated with sample making are minimized. Virtual samples can also be used for e-commerce as well as pre-ordering for achieving sustainable production.

P-CAM: Multy-Ply Cutting Machine
Multy-ply cutting with superior cost performance SHIMASEIKI’s P-CAM series multi-ply computerized cutting machines (NC cutting machines), with an already established reputation for their high efficiency, productivity and quality, have been renovated across its entire line. Faster and smoother head movement improves productivity. A low-vibration, low-noise head is adopted to improve the work environment. New functions such as a one-touch drill attachment, a more compact Y-beam controller, and a switch for moving the conveyor and cutting the vinyl sheet, enhance operability. Moreover, the optional turbo fan suppresses fluctuation in air pressure for stable multi-ply cutting. Cutting thickness of 1 inch (33mm), 2 inches (55mm) or 3 inches (75mm) can be selected. Especially for 3 inches, increasing Y-beam clearance enables loading of thicker material before suction. A new knife sharpening system produces a sharper, stronger blade every time. Stronger, more robust component parts permit quicker response times for knife movement and more accurate cutting for thick fabric such as denim. For cutting area of P-CAM181/182/221/222, in addition to S and L types, LL type is supported for wider range. P-SPR3A: Computerized Spreading Machine
Automatic spreading machine with improved costperformance and user-friendliness P-SPR®3A is an automatic spreading machines that cuts and stacks fabric to the required length and number of plies. P-SPR®3A features improved ergonomics by concentrating often-used switches in a single, ease-to-reach location, while other operations are performed through a touch-panel LCD panel. In addition to knife sharpening sensors for selvedge position and fabric slack, as well as a wrinkle reduction roller allow for optimum fabric spreading for cutting. Fabric loading is performed with a turndown bucket, while a belt on the loading side enables heavy bolts of fabric to be loaded. The optional boarding deck facilitates long fabric spreading. P-SPR®3A shortens spreading work time and saves significantly on labor.
