FBCCI President Md Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin) and SMF President Douglas Foo exchange documents after signing an MoU in Singapore. Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) to strengthen relations and expand economic cooperation between the two bodies. FBCCI President Md Shafiul Islam (Mohiuddin) and SMF President Douglas Foo signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations. FBCCI signed the memorandum with SMF at ‘Bangladesh-Singapore Business Forum-2018’ held as the business leaders were visiting Singapore as the entourage of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. FBCCI Senior Vice President Sheikh Fazle Fahim, Vice President Md Muntakim Ashraf and the Directors were present at the ceremony, said. The memorandum was signed to strengthen business relations and promote economic cooperation between the enterprises of the two countries. According to the memorandum, both parties will promote exchange of business information, and will render assistance to each other in trade, investment and business events.
